Due to us now being located in the country, we are still trying to despatch as fast as possible. 

We DO NOT process payment until your order is leaving that day. If your payment has not been processed then you know that the parcel hasn’t left yet.

On the day that your parcel is leaving you will receive an email from us to say it is coming (if you have ordered through the web site)

If you choose to Direct Deposit to us, we will see that as we are processing your order and contact you with bank details.

No order leaves until payment has been made.

If you add extra items into the comments section then we will need you to contact us as we can’t access your credit card details to raise the amount you have agreed to pay.

If we do not have an item, that we don’t personally make, in your order we will notify you by email and process the remaining order. We can lower the amount but we CAN NOT raise the amount.

Our site is run on a very secure platform and we do not ever see or know your credit card details.

We DO NOT offer Paypal as a form of payment as it is a privately owned company who does not answer to anyone but themselves. After being treated poorly ourselves, and having our customers treated poorly, we trust a large bank to do the ‘correct thing’ by our customers instead of a privately owned company. We feel at this time, that while it may stop a certain amount of customers from ‘trusting us’ and our security, we believe that our system is safer for you in the long run. If we feel the laws with Paypal are updated to give you the security we think you deserve, we will revisit this payment option.

We guarentee within 28 days but usually the delivery time is no more than 10 days (depending on Australa Post of course).  

‘Some thing’ is happening in the Button shed if your order is delayed.  

Please contact us at any time to see where your order is and feel free to comment in the ‘comment section’ of the shopping basket if you need the product urgently and we will do our best.

Delivery of our range takes time.  The main reason being is because of the lag time with the kilns.  It takes 12 hours to fire our kiln to temperature and nearly 24 for it to cool.  If you want to make anything with clay and make it properly you can’t rush this part.  

We do do our best however to have as much stock on hand as possible. 

We allow ourselves 28 days just basically because I am a perfectionist.  I don’t like sending out buttons or patterns that aren’t in top quality form.

We spend alot of time making sure that you get the best and most friendly service.  

One of our business mottos, that we have lived by for the last 15 years is,

If we don’t know that there is a problem then we can’t fix it and we would much prefer to be the first to hear about a problem than be the last‘.  

Please remember: If you send an email and I don’t respond with a couple of days it may be because I haven’t gotten it.  Please resend it or phone.  Don’t give up trying to contact us….
