Customers have 7 days from delivery to contact us regarding returns.
A refund in full will be made on return of certain goods, at customers expense, providing goods are in saleable condition on return. This policy excludes all paper patterns which have no refund or exchange.

All preprinted fabric comes with a replacement guarantee if the fabric or print in any way fails the customers quality expectations. The customer pays for return of complete pattern and preprint and we will cover all expenses covering delivery of replacement goods.
Ceramic items, handmade by us, are all covered with a replacement guarentee if goods fail the customers quality expectations.
All ceramic buttons and breakable items are wrapped to guarentee safe and unbroken delivery of items. If breakages occur, the customer has 7 days to contact us, from time of receipt of goods, by phone or email, to discuss breakages. If we deem it fair and reasonable, then products will be replaced at no further cost to customer.
We encourage everyone to please contact us with any concerns they have with any products they have bought with our brand names, Nikki Tervo Designs or Brandy Gully on them. Regardless of them being purchased directly from us or any one of our lovely retailers.
